In 2007, He breakaway from the family business and started his own company Afro- Arab Company Limited which was mostly in the Transport Industry (Haulage ), as time went by he ventured into real estate under the same name and further expanded into Micro finance to support business in his community and Ghana as a whole.

Ltd, Afro-Arab Travel & Tour, Afro-Arab Properties Ltd, Afro-Arab Co. Ltd, Soccer Time Africa , Afro-Arab Mining and Jewellery Co. Ltd and Elecafetelero Ghana Limited.
As a young leader Alhaji Abdul Salamu Amadu is passionate about youth success and development. This he has shown through his insurmountable contribution and influence in community and business development; from his endorsements, partnerships and philanthropy towards youth led initiatives.
