Covid-19: Cases jump to 68 in less than 24 hours, claims another life, Ghana.

Confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Ghana have shot to 68 with 15 more according to the Ghana Health Service in less than 24 hours.
The virus has claimed another life at the 37 Military Hospital making the mortality rate three.
Several measures have been put in place by the government to help control the situation from escalating. The measures included banning of all social gatherings, lockdown of borders and suspension of schools.
The president has declared 25th March 2020 as National fasting and prayer day.
“As at the morning of 25 March 2020, a total of 68 cases including two deaths have been confirmed,” GHS said in its update a short while ago.
“The sudden spike in case incidence is as a result of the mandatory quarantine and compulsory testing for all travelers entering Ghana, as directed by the president.
