A man, whose name has not been mentioned, has been reportedly shot and killed by an Army officer at Ashaiman today, April 5, 2020.
According to the voice in an audio available to kandeyalhassan.com, the said man wasn’t stable. He was approached by the military man who asked him to go back home.
He then proceeded to take the whip from the officer and began whipping the uniformed man.
The army officer got irritated and shot him in the process.
