The long wait was finally over, Kudus Mohammed made his first appearance for Ajax in a preseason friendly game against Austrian side Wolfsberger.
Kudus, who joined Ajax a month ago for €9m from Nordsjælland missed out on the club’s first two preseason games because of work permit issues.
The 20-year-old was named on the substitute bench and was introduced into the game right after the recess.
Kudus Mohammed wasted no time, he made good use of the opportunity and left a strong impression. He was all over the field showing his potential and played a huge part in Ajax’s second goal.
