Follow Up: Islamic school students were forced to take off hijab before writing the exams – Muhsin Sulleyman, National GMSA issues a statement

Further communication with a source, Muhsin Sulleyman, said the students were forcefully made to take their hijabs off before writing the WASSCE.
Like earlier reported, the number of students were 35 who wore hijab which is part of their school uniform.
Mr. Muhsin, who was at the scene, said the students who were obliged to take off their hijab before writing the exams was for the purpose of stopping examination malpractices.

He said again, the National GMSA and a lawyer have been contacted.
